1. How do I determine how much paper a binder can hold?
The type of paper stock used inside of your binder and the number of sheets and index pages determine the ring size requirements for your binder. This chart will give you a good ballpark idea of what ring size you need.

2. How should binders be stored?
It’s important to keep ring binders in an environment where they won’t be exposed to freezing temperatures or extreme heat (like in an attic).


3. What’s the best way to ship binders and their contents?
We recommend shipping binders with ring sizes over 1 ½ inches empty and adding the contents once the binder has reached its destination. A large, filled ring binder that isn’t carefully cushioned & protected in its shipping container can suffer from a sprung mechanism if it is roughly handled or dropped. Smaller ring sizes can be inserted before shipping if they are well cushioned in the carton.

4. How can I get a fast quote from Visual Products?

5. What’s the lead-time for Visual Products’ binders?
Clear view ring binders are available as quick-ship products in 5-7 working days. Custom binders in standard materials may require 10 – 15 working days after receipt of usable artwork. Custom cover materials may require extra time.
